What you will do

• Design and configure automated CRM workflows.
• Design and configure comprehensive analytics.
• Perform CRM application design and configuration.
• Configure customized CRM platforms, dashboards, and reports.

Requirements

• At least two years of relevant experience.
• Experience designing and configuring CRM workflows and applications.
• Experience creating analytics, dashboards, and reports.
• Availability to work in Reston, Virginia.

Nice to have

• Yammer experience.
• Microsoft Dynamics CRM experience.
• Office 365 experience.
• SharePoint experience.
