Lead Power Platform Developer (Microsoft Dynamics 365)

Location: Seattle, Washington, USA; onsite work at a client location or CapTech office may be required, with remote work available when compatible with client and company needs.

Salary: $90,000–$190,000 per year

What you will do

• Develop Dynamics 365 implementation roadmaps aligned with client objectives and CRM/ERP integration needs.
• Analyze organizations and identify opportunities for process optimization and automation.
• Configure and implement Dynamics 365 modules across pilot projects and major rollouts.
• Lead deployment of Dynamics 365 Customer Service, including work centers and external self-service features.
• Oversee HR and Finance module pilots and coordinate implementation across client departments.
• Design user training, provide ongoing support, and lead continuous system improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• 10+ years of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Power Platform experience.
• Hands-on development experience with Java, Python, or .NET.
• Experience with CCaaS or Omnichannel and successful leadership of CRM and ERP implementations.
• Expertise in Dynamics 365 configuration, capabilities, and integration strategies, including integration with enterprise systems such as Salesforce.
• Strong project management and communication skills for guiding cross-functional teams and explaining technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 certification.
