Lead Power Platform Developer (Dynamics 365)

Location: Denver, Colorado, USA; must be authorized to work directly for any employer in the United States without visa sponsorship. Onsite work at a client location or hirify.global office may be required; remote work is available when compatible with client and company needs.

Salary: $90,000–$190,000 base pay range.

What you will do

• Develop implementation roadmaps for Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365, aligning CRM and ERP integrations with client objectives.
• Analyze organizational processes and identify opportunities for automation and optimization.
• Plan team structures and provide hands-on configuration and implementation support across Microsoft Suite modules.
• Lead Dynamics 365 Customer Service deployments, including work centers and external customer self-service features.
• Coordinate cross-functional client stakeholders and deliver training and ongoing platform support.
• Assess system performance and lead continuous improvement initiatives to increase functionality, user experience, and business value.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Power Platform.
• Experience with CCaaS or Omnichannel and hands-on development in Java, Python, or .NET.
• Demonstrated success leading Dynamics 365 implementations across CRM and ERP projects.
• Expertise in Dynamics 365 configuration, capabilities, and integration strategies, including integration with enterprise systems such as Salesforce.
• Strong project management and communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
