What you will do

• Design, develop, configure, and enhance PeopleSoft CRM capabilities for ticket intake, case management, service requests, routing, escalation, and resolution tracking.
• Develop CRM pages, components, records, business logic, workflows, notifications, worklists, queries, and batch processes using PeopleTools.
• Build and support REST/SOAP, Integration Broker, web service, JSON/XML, and file-based integrations with external enterprise systems.
• Support upgrades, patches, retrofits, migrations, regression testing, production deployments, and customized application remediation.
• Troubleshoot application, SQL, workflow, batch, integration, data, and production issues through root-cause analysis.
• Collaborate with analysts, Product Owners, testers, help desk teams, DBAs, infrastructure, security, and operations stakeholders.

Requirements

• U.S. citizenship and an active Secret security clearance are required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• At least 3 years of hands-on PeopleSoft development experience, including PeopleSoft CRM or comparable case-management and service-management functionality.
• Strong experience with Application Designer, PeopleCode, Application Engine, Component Interfaces, Integration Broker, PS Query, SQL, and REST/SOAP APIs.
• Experience with PeopleSoft pages, components, workflows, business rules, security, batch processing, upgrades, testing, migration, and production deployment.
• Strong debugging and root-cause analysis skills across application logic, SQL, interfaces, batch processing, and integration messages.

Nice to have

• Experience with PeopleSoft CRM help desks, service requests, ticket or case management, worklists, routing, and notifications.
• Experience integrating PeopleSoft CRM with HCM, identity and access management, email, reporting, middleware, or external APIs.
• Knowledge of PeopleSoft Fluid, responsive UX patterns, Oracle databases, UNIX/Linux/Solaris, and enterprise batch processing.
• Experience working in Agile or SAFe environments with code reviews, repeatable testing, release management, and production support.
