Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Senior Consultant

Location: Houston, United States; full-time office-based role

Salary: $85,100–$161,700 per year, plus eligibility for a discretionary performance bonus.

What you will do

• Lead requirements-gathering sessions with clients.
• Create design documentation for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE solutions.
• Take an active role in developing and implementing D365 CE systems.
• Act as a go-to resource for client interactions and collaborate with team members and vendors.
• Participate in Agile and/or Microsoft SureStep iterative methodologies.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, MIS, or a related business field.
• Experience with Field Service.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, build client relationships, communicate effectively, stay organized, and meet deadlines.
• Applicants must have authorization to work in the United States; entry-level candidates requiring sponsorship now or in the future are not eligible.

Nice to have

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM certification.
• Experience with Scribe.
• Experience with SQL Server Reporting Services.
• Hands-on experience working in a team environment and a desire to learn and grow.
