Compensation: $23.70 per hour.

What you will do
- Supervise dispatchers and Dispatcher Leads, assign duties, monitor productivity, and conduct coaching and performance evaluations.
- Manage staffing, shift briefings, scheduling, workflow, and onboarding support for dispatch staff.
- Oversee real-time shuttle operations, including vehicle and driver assignments, route coverage, service-level changes, and passenger ETAs.
- Monitor GPS systems, dispatch software, and radio communications while responding to disruptions, breakdowns, emergencies, and high-volume periods.
- Coordinate fleet availability with maintenance teams and drive shuttle vehicles when needed to maintain service continuity.
- Prepare operational reports, audit documentation, and maintain records of incidents, delays, route changes, staffing, and performance metrics.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of transportation or dispatch experience, including at least 1 year in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of dispatch systems, fleet operations, route scheduling, operational data, and problem-solving in fast-paced environments.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, dispatch software, radios, computers, tablets, and GPS systems.
- Working knowledge of ADA transportation requirements and applicable safety standards.
- Must be over 21, hold a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record, and be able to safely drive shuttle vehicles.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and provide employment eligibility documentation; participation in E-Verify is required. A background check is also required.
