Licensed Mental Health Therapist (Illinois) (Telehealth)

Location: 100% remote within the United States; independent or associate licensure in Illinois required

Compensation: Full-time salary of $75,000–$85,000 base plus bonus; part-time rate of $54–$66 per hour. Signing bonuses available.

What you will do

• Provide telehealth mental health services to adolescents and young adults.
• Lead and facilitate group services with a maximum of eight clients per group.
• Integrate evidence-based modalities such as DBT, CBT, EMDR, and motivational interviewing.
• Participate in case discussions and collaborate with other clinicians to develop treatment perspectives and skills.
• Build strong client relationships and deliver personalized, high-quality care in a virtual setting.

Requirements

• Hold an independent or associate mental health license in Illinois; accepted licenses include LSW, LPC, ALMFT, LCSW, LCPC, and LMFT.
• Master’s degree in mental health or a related field.
• Experience with adolescents, teens, or young adults.
• Strong group-services skills and confidence engaging clients on video.
• Availability for 12–40 hours per week; evening availability is required for full-time roles.
• Familiarity with cloud-based tools, EMR systems, and outcomes software.
