Licensed Mental Health Therapist

Location: 100% remote within the United States; must hold independent or associate licensure in Washington

Full-time salary: $70,000–$80,000 base plus bonus. Part-time rate: $54–$66 per hour.

What you will do

• Provide remote telehealth services to adolescent and young adult clients.
• Lead and participate in group therapy services with groups of up to eight clients.
• Integrate evidence-based modalities such as DBT, CBT, EMDR, and motivational interviewing.
• Participate in case discussions and collaborate with other clinicians to support client care.
• Deliver engaging, creative, and relationship-focused care through video.

Requirements

• Washington independent or associate licensure is required; accepted licenses include LSWAIC, LMHCA, LMFTA, LICSW, LMHC, and LMFT.
• Licensed or pre-licensed mental health clinician in any relevant discipline.
• Master’s degree in mental health or a related field.
• Experience with adolescents and young adults, particularly in group services.
• Availability for 12–40 hours per week depending on schedule; evening availability is required for full-time roles.
• Familiarity with cloud-based tools, EMR systems, and outcomes software.

• Motivational Interviewing certification.
• Experience addressing rural mental health needs.
