Licensed Mental Health Therapist (Kentucky)

Location: 100% remote within the United States; independent or associate licensure in Kentucky is required

Compensation: Full-time salary of $75,000–$85,000 plus bonus; part-time rate of $55–$65 per hour. Signing bonuses are available.

What you will do

• Provide remote telehealth services to adolescents and young adults.
• Deliver individual and group mental health care in a virtual setting.
• Integrate multiple clinical modalities, including DBT, CBT, EMDR, and motivational interviewing.
• Participate in case discussions and collaborate with other clinicians.
• Build strong client relationships and provide in-depth care focused on sustainable healing.

Requirements

• Must hold an independent or associate license in Kentucky. Accepted licenses include CSW, LPCA, Marriage and Family Therapy Associate, LCSW, LPCC, and LMFT.
• Master’s degree in mental health or a related field.
• Licensed or pre-licensed mental health clinician; all disciplines are welcome.
• Experience with adolescents and young adults is preferred.
• Availability for 12–40 hours per week; evening availability is required for full-time roles.
• Familiarity with Gmail, Slack, Zoom, Dropbox, EMR, and outcomes software.

Nice to have

• MI certification.
• Experience supporting rural mental health needs.
