Senior eDiscovery Specialist (AI)

Location: San Francisco or Washington, D.C., United States

Annual compensation: $170,000–$180,000, depending on qualifications and operational considerations.

What you will do

• Promote, train, and use current eDiscovery technology to support litigation matters across the firm.
• Engage with legal teams and clients on litigation technology needs.
• Serve as a subject matter expert in planning, designing, developing, applying, and implementing technology and database systems.
• Support Relativity, RelativityOne, OPUS2, and external SaaS document repositories and case management tools.
• Evaluate and support AI-enabled eDiscovery capabilities, including analytics workflows, generative AI, and technology-assisted review.

Requirements

• Must be based in San Francisco or Washington, D.C.
• At least 10 years of relevant experience as a litigation technology specialist in an AmLaw 25 law firm or Fortune 50 corporate legal department.
• At least 10 years of Relativity experience and an active RCA certification.
• Advanced knowledge of the litigation lifecycle, litigation support procedures, electronically stored information rules, and project management concepts.
• Hands-on Relativity or RelativityOne experience with structured and conceptual analytics, plus working knowledge of case management technology such as OPUS2 and Case Notebook.
• Advanced verbal and written communication skills, strong judgment, initiative, organization, and ability to work under pressure.

• University degree.
• Experience with Relativity aiR, large language model applications, machine learning technologies, privilege analysis, data classification, or litigation strategy support.
• Advanced knowledge of the current Microsoft Office Suite.
