Senior eDiscovery Managing Attorney (AI)

Location: Remote, United States; the position is also listed in Washington, DC.

Compensation: USD 120,000–160,000 annually, with potential eligibility for an annual bonus.

What you will do

• Serve as a senior client advisor and escalation point across active litigation, investigations, discovery workflows, and advisory engagements.
• Lead and scope workstreams covering document review, second-level review, deposition preparation, fact development, witness preparation, and case analysis.
• Design and implement defensible workflows, review protocols, escalation procedures, training guidelines, quality-control plans, and reporting structures.
• Configure litigation technology platforms and use analytics, technology-assisted review, email threading, near-duplicate identification, advanced search, statistical sampling, custom scripts, and AI.
• Manage matter timelines, budgets, staffing, productivity, quality, reporting, billing oversight, and project closeout.
• Lead, mentor, assess, and develop attorney teams while building scalable onboarding, training, remediation, and program-improvement resources.

Requirements

• Juris Doctorate degree and valid, active admission to at least one U.S. state bar.
• At least five years of eDiscovery, litigation support, legal project management, managed review, or comparable legal services experience.
• Significant experience across the litigation lifecycle, including discovery, document review, deposition preparation, fact development, motion support, witness preparation, trial preparation, and case analysis.
• Extensive eDiscovery experience with Relativity or comparable tools, electronically stored information, structured and conceptual analytics, active learning, and AI-enabled workflows.
• Ability to manage multiple complex matters while balancing client service, attorney leadership, quality control, budgets, and operational priorities.
• Strong communication, legal analysis, issue-spotting, judgment, problem-solving, personnel management, and Microsoft Excel skills.
