What you will do

• Partner with business leaders to advise on strategy, organizational design, and workforce planning.
• Coach managers through performance management, leadership succession, and employee development cycles.
• Oversee complex employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and performance improvement.
• Drive organizational climate and culture change initiatives in partnership with management.
• Analyze HR metrics and data to provide actionable recommendations for people-related decision-making.
• Collaborate with talent development teams to facilitate workshops and professional development programs.

Requirements

• BA/BS in Human Resources, Organizational Behavior, or related field.
• 8+ years of applicable HR experience in a global, fast-paced tech organization.
• Proven experience managing multiple complex projects and processes simultaneously.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to think creatively and solve problems independently.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Must be able to work onsite in Wilton, CT.
