Digital Consulting Director (Oracle EPM Planning)

Location: Remote in Canada; Montreal, Canada. Canadian work authorization is required. Travel up to 50% may be required to work with clients and internal project teams.

Salary: CAD $165,000–$225,000 base annually. Estimated total compensation including annual incentive compensation: CAD $206,250–$303,750.

What you will do

• Lead delivery of enterprise-scale, full-lifecycle cloud-based Oracle EPM Planning implementations.
• Provide engagement delivery oversight, team leadership, project management, and implementation planning.
• Apply functional Oracle EPM Planning expertise across Planning and/or ePBCS projects.
• Estimate work, manage multiple projects, and contribute to business pursuits.
• Build trusted relationships with senior, financially literate client executives.
• Train and support the professional development of hirify.global staff across project-management and technical areas.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 8–10 years of consulting or advisory experience with enterprise-scale platform implementations, including cloud-based Oracle EPM Planning.
• Experience in estimation, implementation planning, functional application expertise, and project management.
• Ability to manage projects of different scales and durations and establish credibility with senior client executives.
• Bilingual French and English.
• Canadian work authorization required.
