Director, Credit Risk Solutions Consulting

Location: Burlington, Canada; hybrid with at least two days per week in an assigned hirify.global office

Salary: $174,000–$245,000 annually

What you will do

• Define and lead the evolution of the Solutions Consulting function, including consulting methodologies, engagement models, capability development, and resource deployment.
• Establish a scalable operating model that improves efficiency, supports strategic growth, and strengthens the trusted-advisor approach.
• Partner with Sales to identify market opportunities, shape account strategies, support client engagement, and develop the pipeline.
• Develop customer narratives, business cases, and thought leadership that communicate the value and impact of hirify.global’s products and solutions.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Data Science, and Sales leaders to improve solution adoption and translate market insights into recommendations.
• Lead strategic client engagements and industry initiatives while coaching the team and developing future leadership talent.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive experience in Consulting, Product Management, Risk Management, Analytics, or Financial Services, including complex, high-impact initiatives.
• 5+ years of experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders in a matrixed environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in sciences, mathematics, statistics, business, finance, economics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Understanding of credit risk fundamentals, credit lifecycle strategies, credit bureau data, and product profitability and loss provisions.
• Advanced Excel skills, including formulas and pivot tables; proficiency in building clear PowerPoint presentations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to technical and business stakeholders at all organizational levels.
