Senior Compliance Analyst (Healthcare)

Location: Remote within the Continental United States; candidates residing in Missouri or Pennsylvania are strongly preferred

Salary: $70,100–$126,200 per year

What you will do

• Maintain the corporate compliance program through regulatory interpretation, reporting, documentation, and policy development.
• Respond to information requests and inquiries from state and federal regulatory agencies.
• Manage ethics and compliance projects, implementations, and Compliance Committee policy execution.
• Develop and conduct compliance audits, risk assessments, monitoring activities, and training programs.
• Support health plans in regulatory relationships and resolution of policy issues affecting member services.
• Serve as a company-wide resource on policies, contracts, communications, workflows, and quality improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related legal field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience in compliance, privacy, and/or regulatory affairs.
• Experience with project management and applicable laws and regulations, particularly HIPAA and state regulations.
• Master’s or Juris Doctorate degree is preferred and may be considered in lieu of experience.
• Must reside within the Continental United States; Missouri or Pennsylvania residence is strongly preferred.
