Senior Associate - Salesforce CPQ

What you will do

• Implement and optimize Salesforce CPQ, Billing, and Subscription Management solutions.
• Configure complex products, pricing, bundles, discounting structures, quote templates, approvals, and guided-selling logic.
• Design subscription, recurring-revenue, usage-based billing, invoicing, payment, tax, collections, and revenue recognition processes.
• Design and implement integrations with NetSuite, ERP systems, billing platforms, payment gateways, and tax engines using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware.
• Develop workflows, approval processes, automation, reports, dashboards, configuration runbooks, and process documentation.
• Support deployments, post-implementation enhancements, client decision-making, and user training.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Salesforce experience with strong knowledge of Salesforce CPQ and Billing.
• Hands-on experience with CPQ implementation, end-to-end quote-to-cash processes, subscription management, and revenue recognition.
• Experience with subscription billing, invoicing, payment schedules, tax handling, collections workflows, usage-based billing, amendments, and renewals.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with NetSuite or other ERP systems through REST/SOAP APIs and middleware such as MuleSoft or Boomi.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders and guide development teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with Agentforce.
• Experience with billing platforms such as Zone Billing.
