Senior Zuora Developer (Zuora)

What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain customisations within Zuora using ZOQL, Zuora APIs, the Orders API, and the Orders Harmonization model.
• Build reusable workflows, data queries, reports, and automation for billing and collections operations.
• Develop and maintain integrations between Zuora, Salesforce, Workday, and internal hirify.global systems.
• Evaluate Zuora AI capabilities, including agentic workflows and the MCP Server, for billing automation and team use cases.
• Investigate production incidents, resolve BAU tickets within SLA, refresh sandboxes, and provide guidance to the L1 team.
• Lead technical design workshops and create scalable technical documentation.

Requirements

• Extensive hands-on experience with Zuora Billing modules, including Product Catalog, Order Management, Rating & Billing, Global Payments, Reporting, Platform, and Workflows.
• Expertise in Zuora CPQ modules, including Quotes, 360+, and Dev Kit.
• Extensive experience with Zuora APIs and Data Loader, plus strong knowledge of data modelling and integration design.
• Expertise in building and troubleshooting complex workflows and independently delivering development, testing, and deployment.
• Ability to investigate incidents, identify root causes, communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders, and implement preventive improvements.
• Experience handling Zuora Support tickets and administrative tasks such as user access, roles, and product or price catalog configuration.

• Working knowledge of Zuora AI features and the Zuora MCP Server.
