TL;DR
Financial Analyst II - New Glenn FP&A (Aerospace): Supporting planning, forecasting, and decision support for the New Glenn business area with an accent on driver-based financial modeling, variance analysis, and operational data reconciliation. Focus on building scenarios, validating ERP and planning data, developing dashboards, and applying controlled AI automation to high-accuracy financial analysis.

Location: Greater Seattle Area; full-time on-site work is required. Relocation assistance is provided.

Base pay for Washington applicants: $99,201.00–$138,880.35 per year. Other site ranges may differ.

What you will do

  • Support monthly forecasts, quarterly reforecasts, and the annual operating plan for an assigned New Glenn business area.
  • Analyze variances and trends across actuals, forecasts, and plans, tracing results to operational and transaction-level drivers.
  • Build and maintain driver-based models covering P&L, headcount, cash, and capital impacts.
  • Query, reconcile, and validate data from ERP, planning, and modern data platforms.
  • Develop dashboards, visualizations, recurring reporting, and scenario analyses for resource, cost, and schedule decisions.
  • Apply controlled AI and workflow automation with documented logic, source traceability, human review, and validation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, engineering, data analytics, or another highly analytical field.
  • At least three years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, program finance, operations finance, or a related analytical role.
  • Strong analytical skills, including structuring ambiguous questions, testing assumptions, reconciling conflicting data, and communicating credible conclusions.
  • Advanced Excel skills, working SQL proficiency, and practical experience with Power BI, Tableau, or an equivalent analytics platform.
  • Financial modeling experience with driver-based forecasting, scenario and sensitivity analysis, plus a working GAAP foundation.
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States as a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Nice to have

  • Experience with OneStream, Anaplan, Oracle EPM, D365 Finance, or another major planning or ERP platform.
  • Experience in capital-intensive manufacturing, aerospace, or launch-vehicle environments.
  • Experience with scripting, workflow automation, or controlled AI agents.
  • CPA, CFA, MBA, advanced analytical degree, or equivalent practical experience.
