Senior Financial Analyst (AI)

Location: Remote within the United States; Seattle, Washington preferred.

Annual base salary: $110,000–$125,000, plus potential incentive compensation, bonus, restricted stock units, and benefits.

What you will do

• Coordinate and consolidate company-wide forecasts, budgets, and long-range plans.
• Own cash flow forecasting, including direct and indirect cash flow, collections, operating cash flow, and free cash flow.
• Partner with Accounting during monthly and quarterly close cycles to review results, accruals, and forecast alignment.
• Prepare financial reporting packages, budget-to-actual analyses, management reporting, and variance analyses.
• Support Board of Directors materials, executive presentations, and strategic business analyses.
• Own and improve FP&A models covering stock-based compensation, share count, capital expenditures, cash flow, collections, and long-range planning.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of financial analysis experience.
• Experience building financial models and performing business analysis.
• Advanced Excel skills, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and model building; working proficiency in PowerPoint and Word.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain financial results to non-finance partners.
• Discretion when handling confidential compensation and headcount data.
• BA/BS in finance, accounting, engineering, mathematics, computer science, or a comparable analytical field, or equivalent practical experience.

Nice to have

• Experience with Anaplan or another financial planning tool.
• Experience in SaaS or at a publicly traded company.
• Interest in applying AI and new tools to analysis, reporting, and repetitive work.
