Sr Financial Analyst (FP&A)

Location: Weston, Florida, United States

Salary: $80,800–$105,000 annually, plus potential performance-based bonus and restricted stock unit awards.

What you will do

• Analyze sales bookings and revenue performance against budgets and quarterly forecasts.
• Create metrics and expand Power BI dashboards to improve business performance and intelligence.
• Develop strategic analyses using customer data to identify business risks and opportunities.
• Design financial and business models, including analyses of Go To Market strategies, expansion efforts, acquisitions, and new product plans.
• Partner with Sales and Finance stakeholders on budgets, forecasts, monthly variance analysis, and strategic priorities.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly materials for Sales Operations and Board meetings.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Sales Finance, Strategic Planning, Operations Finance, or FP&A.
• Business degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Prior experience with sales and bookings analysis and preparing materials for senior leaders or Board meetings.
• Proficiency with Excel and data analysis.
• Strong analytical, communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage time-sensitive projects, multitask, and make decisions amid ambiguity.
