Production Engineer (Advanced Composites)

Location: Casablanca, Morocco; onsite production role

What you will do

• Lead daily production activities and manage resources to achieve safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and cost targets.
• Promote EHS initiatives through risk assessments, training, corrective actions, and compliance activities.
• Plan workforce requirements, support recruitment, and coordinate training and development plans.
• Set and monitor production objectives and KPIs, implementing corrective actions when targets are missed.
• Drive Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, 5S, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement projects.
• Standardize production procedures, support audits, and coach team members in operational excellence and quality practices.

Requirements

• Engineering degree in industrial, mechanical, manufacturing, production engineering, or a related technical field.
• 3–5 years of experience in manufacturing, production, industrial operations, or a related environment.
• Strong knowledge of production management, manufacturing processes, operational performance improvement, and production planning.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, 5S, continuous improvement, capacity management, workforce planning, and inventory optimization.
• Understanding of quality management systems and standards such as ISO and AS9100, as well as EHS regulations and practices.
• Analytical, problem-solving, project management, leadership, coaching, communication, ERP, and Microsoft Office skills; candidates must be eligible to work in Morocco.
