TL Quality Operations Segment (Automotive)

What you will do

• Manage quality activities during sample and pre-production phases.
• Validate and release production areas and equipment, including approval of new equipment.
• Control non-conforming products and lead corrective and preventive actions for internal and external failures.
• Develop and follow up on Quality Improvement Plans to achieve targets.
• Participate in daily quality meetings with production and stop production or dispatch when necessary to mitigate quality risks.

Requirements

• Engineering or master's degree in mechanical, electrical, industrial engineering, or an equivalent field.
• At least four years of experience in the automotive industry.
• French and English are mandatory.
• Strong communication, teamwork, change management, conflict management, self-organization, and results orientation skills.
• Proficiency in Lean Manufacturing, Hoshin Kanri, and continuous improvement techniques.
