Quality Customer Engineer (Automotive)

What you will do

• Analyze customer claims involving parts from Km.0 and warranty cases, and review the results.
• Coordinate preventive and corrective actions with Plant Quality, Production, Processes, and R&D departments.
• Track incidents, verify action effectiveness, and coordinate contingency measures and their economic impact.
• Coordinate and lead customer audits and visits.
• Follow up on product modifications and support EOLT release protocols and processes.
• Lead PSW, PPAP, and ANPQP activities for customer modifications and new product releases.

Requirements

• Engineering degree in Electronics, Industrialization, or Quality Management.
• At least 3 years of experience in quality engineering, customer service, or a related role.
• Strong knowledge of Six Sigma, quality management systems, analysis, and problem-solving tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for managing client relationships.
• Mandatory English proficiency; ability to work independently and within a team.
