Customer Service Representative (Packaging)

Location: Lakeville, Minnesota, United States. Primarily office-based, with occasional work in production or warehouse settings; the position may be based at a Menasha Packaging site or customer location.

Salary: $45,000–$55,000 annually, plus eligibility for an annual incentive plan.

What you will do

• Manage customer-specific material setup, proofing, validation, and specification changes.
• Enter and monitor orders while managing project and delivery timelines for assigned accounts.
• Track open projects and orders, communicating potential lead-time challenges to stakeholders.
• Respond to customer complaints, coordinate corrective actions, and support pricing requests.
• Monitor product inventory, prepare purchase orders for outside materials, and support aging-inventory decisions.
• Prepare business reports, help balance team workload, share best practices, and support continuous improvement.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with ERP platforms, Microsoft Excel, and SharePoint.
• Ability to work primarily in an office and occasionally in production or warehouse environments.
