Specialist, Customer Service

Location: Chaska, Minnesota, United States

Salary: $68,500–$73,000 per year, plus annual bonus eligibility

What you will do

• Manage complex customer orders, non-routine requests, account discrepancies, shipping and billing holds, and service risks.
• Serve as the primary contact for assigned customers and resolve issues by balancing customer, operational, financial, and compliance requirements.
• Prepare customer quotations, review purchase orders, verify pricing and terms, and authorize accurate SAP entry.
• Analyze consignment inventory usage and demand forecasts to recommend replenishment and minimum/maximum inventory levels.
• Coordinate with Production, Logistics, Quality, Finance, and Compliance on customer requirements, returns, quality notifications, and corrective actions.
• Identify root causes of recurring issues and support workflow, process, and service-model improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• At least 2 years of professional experience in customer service, operations, or related business support.
• Ability to exercise independent judgment, discretion, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to assess export, compliance, regulatory, and operational risks in customer transactions.
• Must not require hirify.global immigration sponsorship now or in the future, including H-1B, TN, or STEM OPT sponsorship.

Nice to have

• SAP experience.
• Experience in manufacturing or ISO-regulated environments.
