What you will do
- Collaborate with instructors and curriculum designers to maintain accurate and current training.
- Review, rehearse, and conduct platform instruction for classes of varying sizes.
- Deploy and conduct field training in different environments.
- Evaluate student learning through observation and oral, written, or demonstrative testing.
- Record student performance according to client reporting standards.
- Serve as an instructor, mentor, and evaluator for students.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree, or four additional years of related experience in lieu of the degree where permitted by contract.
- Six years of source operations experience, including at least two years of MSO CAT 1 operational experience, where required by contract.
- Completion of one approved HUMINT certification or training course: OTC, FTC, MOTC, DATC, ASOC, or ASOTC.
- Ability to read and interpret instructions, correspondence, safety rules, manuals, and technical materials.
- Ability to present information in one-on-one and small-group settings and evaluate problems using collected data.
- Basic computer skills.
