Production Manager (Manufacturing)

Location: Schofield, Wisconsin, United States; onsite manufacturing role

Base salary: $114,000–$144,837 per year, plus potential variable compensation tied to performance metrics.

What you will do

• Provide daily leadership and direction to production employees, supervisors, material specialists, and manufacturing support roles.
• Plan, monitor, execute, and communicate daily, monthly, and annual production goals.
• Contribute to sales and operations planning, capacity adjustments, financial targets, and customer service objectives.
• Coordinate production activities across scheduling, engineering, shipping, inventory control, sales, purchasing, and related departments.
• Lead value streams and continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity, efficiency, safety, quality, and team member engagement.
• Ensure effective inventory management, equipment maintenance, 5S compliance, safety standards, quality, and on-time shipping.

Requirements

• 6–8 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment.
• 6–8 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Four-year bachelor's degree in supply chain, operations management, engineering, business administration, management, or a related field, or equivalent job experience.
• Training in continuous improvement and lean manufacturing.
• Ability to work onsite in Schofield, Wisconsin, and attend occasional in-person meetings.
