Production Supervisor I - 2nd Shift (HVAC Manufacturing)

Location: On-site at the Mosinee, Wisconsin location, United States; 2nd shift.

Salary: $76,000–$95,408 per year.

What you will do

• Directly supervise hourly production team members and set performance expectations.
• Execute daily production plans, monitor performance against schedule, and recommend staffing or capacity adjustments.
• Coordinate production activities with engineering, scheduling, shipping, inventory control, sales, purchasing, maintenance, and production management.
• Support troubleshooting, special design orders, new product launches, equipment upkeep, and accurate inventory management.
• Lead safety, 5S, continuous improvement, cross-training, performance reviews, interviews, onboarding, and team development activities.
• Use ERP, attendance, and manufacturing systems to support labor and production processes.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of relevant work experience and 1–2 years of relevant leadership experience.
• Associate degree in supply chain, operations management, engineering, business administration, management, or a related field, or equivalent job experience.
• Ability to supervise production teams, execute manufacturing plans, maintain safety standards, and coordinate across departments.
• Experience with Excel pivot tables and VLOOKUP is preferred.
• SAP experience is preferred.
• Ability to work on-site at the Mosinee, Wisconsin facility.
