2nd Shift - Supervisor, Production (Manufacturing)

Location: Coleman, Michigan, United States; onsite, 2nd shift

What you will do

• Lead crew leaders and machine operators during a high-volume second-shift manufacturing operation.
• Coordinate daily manpower, job assignments, production tickets, tools, components, and materials.
• Monitor cycle times, pounds per hour, work-in-process targets, scrap, and production volume.
• Perform first-part inspections, hourly quality checks, two-hour part checks, final verification, and non-conformance reporting.
• Coordinate with maintenance and extrusion teams to prioritize breakdowns, schedule sheets, and complete efficient changeovers.
• Maintain safe, organized operations, enforce company policies, complete production and incident reports, and communicate with plant management.

Requirements

• Hands-on leadership in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and the ability to balance production demands with employee development.
• Ability to perform production, quality, safety, manpower, absentee, and accident reporting.
• Ability to work onsite in Coleman, Michigan, on the second shift.
