Production Supervisor - 2nd Shift (Manufacturing)

Location: Solon, Ohio, United States; onsite, 2nd shift from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM

What you will do

• Lead production employees, including training, direction, performance reviews, education, and mentoring.
• Manage daily production activities to meet commitments while implementing operational improvements.
• Track daily performance using process center communication boards.
• Drive waste reduction throughout the manufacturing operation through Lean methodology.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment and support workplace safety programs.
• Review weekly payroll hours, support new process and product implementation, and develop improvement projects.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 3 years of manufacturing experience is preferred.
• Manufacturing leadership experience is preferred.
• At least 2 years of Lean manufacturing experience, with the ability to explain and apply Lean concepts and methodologies.
