Branch Manager (Pest Control)

What you will do

• Lead and develop the branch management team to achieve growth, productivity, profitability, and customer experience goals.
• Interview candidates, select employees, and monitor staffing needs.
• Plan and delegate responsibilities across operations and service management to maintain smooth branch operations.
• Implement company programs and initiatives through action plans and management-team support.
• Review business indicators to identify problems and improvement opportunities, then coach leaders on corrective actions.
• Support and audit operations, sales, and office leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of experience, education, and training.
• Five to seven years of experience as a Branch Manager or in an equivalent-level position.
• Management experience involving sales, training, relationship development, and customer experience.
• Experience analyzing financial reports in a complex, fast-paced environment.
• Availability to travel and participate in a rotating on-call schedule covering off-hours and weekends.
• Ability to obtain and maintain required licenses and certificates; valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and successful pre-employment background screening.
