Branch Manager (Welding Equipment Rental)

Location: Odessa, TX (RDA), United States; Monday–Friday, 7:30 a.m.–4:30 p.m. The role is based at a branch handling welding equipment rentals.

What you will do

• Manage branch and fleet resources to support profitability, efficiency, and service quality.
• Maintain rental assets, vehicles, parts inventories, and equipment, including fast and cost-effective repairs.
• Oversee inventory audits, fleet transfers, asset tracking, purchase orders, invoices, and cash collections.
• Lead branch recruiting, onboarding, training, mentoring, performance reviews, and accountability.
• Maintain a safe working environment and ensure compliance with safety audits and inventory procedures.
• Promote used equipment sales and monitor exception reports to identify and resolve branch issues.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to lead and develop a team of six or more associates.
• Ability to analyze business, technical, and regulatory information and perform calculations involving rates, ratios, and percentages.
• Basic computer skills; SAP knowledge is preferred.
• A related bachelor’s degree or post-secondary business management education is preferred, or equivalent job-related experience.
