Branch Manager

Location: Mansfield, Massachusetts, United States; branch-based role with warehouse, delivery, and onsite operational duties.

Salary: $60,000–$80,000 annually, depending on qualifications and experience.

What you will do

• Lead, motivate, train, and coach branch personnel while addressing performance and personnel issues.
• Manage branch profitability, P&L results, budgets, assets, expenses, and sales initiatives.
• Develop customer digital adoption and use company tools to improve branch performance.
• Oversee inventory control, warehouse operations, equipment, facility security, and safety standards.
• Build relationships with customers, vendors, sales, marketing, and other business partners.
• Make deliveries and support counter sales, order fulfillment, receiving, stocking, staging, and shipping when required.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in sales, operations, electrical distribution, or a similar B2B industry.
• 2+ years of leadership experience.
• High school diploma or GED required; four-year or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience with inventory control, warehouse operations, sales strategy, team coaching, and customer service.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and an ERP system such as Solar Eclipse.
• If deliveries are required: valid driver’s license, minimum age of 21, acceptable motor vehicle record, and required medical certification.

Nice to have

• Forklift, hand truck, pallet jack, and other warehouse equipment certification.
• Experience managing P&Ls.
• Four-year or bachelor’s degree.
