Branch Manager

Location: RTX-Sikeston-4530, United States; on-site branch operations

What you will do

• Develop the branch management team to achieve growth, productivity, profitability, and customer experience goals.
• Interview applicants, select candidates, and monitor staffing needs.
• Plan, communicate, and delegate responsibilities across operations and service management.
• Implement company programs and initiatives through action plans and management support.
• Review business indicators and operational environments to identify problems and improvement opportunities.
• Support and audit operations, sales, and office leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of experience, education, and training.
• At least five to seven years of experience as a Branch Manager or in an equivalent-level position.
• Management, sales, training, relationship development, and customer experience background.
• Experience analyzing financial reports in a complex, fast-paced environment.
• Availability to travel and participate in a rotating on-call schedule covering off-hours and weekends.
• Ability to obtain and maintain licenses and certificates required by federal, state, and local regulations; a valid driver’s license and clean driving record are required, along with passing a pre-employment background screen.
