Operations Manager, US Pest

Location: Hayward, California, United States; travel up to 100% within assigned territories

Salary: $62,700–$101,200 yearly

What you will do

• Recruit and hire residential, commercial pest, termite, specialty, and lawn technicians.
• Oversee technician training, coaching, development, performance reviews, ride-alongs, audits, and accountability.
• Monitor branch scheduling, route completion, staffing levels, and appointment efficiency.
• Respond to customer concerns and maintain service quality to support customer retention.
• Ensure safety standards and regulatory requirements are met.
• Monitor inventory of pest control, termite control, and home services products.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to lead, motivate, communicate effectively, solve problems, and build trust with customers and employees.
• Basic or intermediate math skills for sales and service calculations.
• Required licenses and certificates must be maintained in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Valid driver's license and ability to operate a motor vehicle safely.
• Ability to travel up to 100% within assigned territories and work evenings, weekends, rotating on-call shifts, and extended 50–60-hour schedules during peak season.
