Machine Operator I - 2nd Shift

Location: Amesbury, Massachusetts, USA; onsite, 2nd shift Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM–11:30 PM. U.S. citizenship is required due to U.S. government contract regulations.

Salary: $23.36–$27.76 per hour, plus a $4 per hour second-shift differential.

What you will do

• Set up, break down, operate, and troubleshoot assigned thermoplastics equipment.
• Operate injection molding, twin screw extrusion, and thermoforming machinery.
• Perform in-process quality control using measuring devices.
• Maintain electronic and written production records for order tracking, material traceability, and consumption.
• Package products and monitor manufacturing processes.
• Participate proactively in a safety-first production culture.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Experience operating industrial equipment and mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions and perform basic mathematical calculations.
• Ability to read basic measuring devices.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work independently and as part of a team.
• U.S. citizenship required; ability to obtain and maintain a Department of Defense security clearance is an advantage.
