What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts for web applications, APIs, and cloud-native solutions.
• Execute manual and automated functional, regression, integration, performance, and security testing.
• Test AI-enabled applications, machine learning integrations, and large language model implementations.
• Support automated test frameworks using Selenium, Playwright, TriCentis, or equivalent tools, and perform API testing with Postman or similar clients.
• Identify and manage defects, validate database integrity with SQL, and report coverage, defect density, and product-readiness metrics.
• Collaborate with developers, engineers, product owners, and stakeholders in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and quality-improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Active Secret clearance required.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of professional experience as a QA Tester, QA Engineer, Software Tester, or similar.
• Experience developing and executing enterprise application test plans and test cases, with strong knowledge of QA methodologies and testing types.
• Experience with test automation, bug tracking or test management tools, API testing, and SQL-based database validation.
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum and SDLC, with strong analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience testing AI-powered applications, generative AI integrations, or machine learning systems.
• Experience with cloud-native applications deployed in AWS.
• Familiarity with CI/CD, DevSecOps, JMeter, LoadRunner, or similar performance-testing tools.
• Experience supporting federal government or Department of Defense environments.
