SDET, Security and AI-Enhanced Test Automation

Location: Full-time, on-site at Sunnyvale HQ, Sunnyvale, California, United States

Base salary: $180,000–$210,000 per year, depending on experience

What you will do

• Design and own end-to-end security testing strategy for the Signals platform.
• Build AI-assisted test automation frameworks for test generation, triage, and coverage analysis.
• Establish security-focused regression suites integrated into the Signals CI/CD pipeline.
• Partner with the Engineering Services Security and Compliance Engineer on SOC 2 evidence continuity.
• Lead internal security testing during knowledge transfer from the third-party vendor.
• Mentor Signals engineers on secure development and testing practices.

Requirements

• 7+ years of test engineering experience, including senior ownership of security testing programs.
• Hands-on experience with SAST, DAST, IAST, and modern security testing tools.
• Practical experience applying LLMs or ML to test generation, triage, or coverage analysis.
• Strong experience integrating testing into CI/CD pipelines.
• Clear written and verbal communication with engineering and security stakeholders.
• Ability to work full-time on-site at the Sunnyvale headquarters.

Nice to have

• Experience with SOC 2, ISO 27001, or a comparable regulated environment.
• Video, streaming, or IoT platform testing background.
• Experience inheriting a codebase from a third-party vendor.
