DSNP Licensed Healthcare Agent (Medicare)

Location: Remote - United States

Salary: $18.00 per hour base pay, plus seasonal incentive opportunities.

What you will do

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective DSNP Medicare members.
• Explain Medicare, Medicaid, and Dual Special Needs Plan options, benefits, and eligibility.
• Guide prospects through the enrollment process with clarity, accuracy, and care.
• Meet sales, call quality, conversion, and schedule-adherence expectations.
• Communicate with supervisors and teammates and attend meetings and training throughout the season.

Requirements

• Active Health or Health & Life license required.
• At least one year of Medicare experience.
• Strong communication skills and a service-first approach.
• Comfort working across multiple software systems with basic computer and technology skills.
• Availability for a production schedule that includes at least one weekend day per week during AEP.
• A home office setup that meets remote-work requirements and successful completion of a background check.

Nice to have

• Telesales or contact center experience.
• Familiarity with Medicare DSNP.
