What you will do

• Answer inbound customer calls about Medicare health insurance options.
• Assess customer needs using active listening and consultative sales techniques.
• Explain Medicare plans, products, benefits, and services, and recommend suitable options.
• Guide customers through successful health plan enrollments while meeting sales and performance expectations.
• Navigate multiple systems accurately and efficiently while following privacy, security, and HIPAA requirements.
• Build trust with members and represent BroadPath, hirify.global, and client partners professionally.

Requirements

• Active resident Health Insurance Producer License.
• Ability to obtain reciprocal state health insurance licenses when required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication, active listening, customer service, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong computer navigation skills, accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to work seated for extended periods.
• Reliable hardwired internet with at least 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload, a private workspace, and a 19-inch or larger monitor are required; Wi-Fi, cellular, and hotspot connections are not supported.

• Previous sales, customer service, call center, or health insurance experience.
