Licensed Health Insurance Agents (Health Insurance)

Location: Work@Home Florida (EST), United States of America; 100% remote. Schedules may fall between 8:00 AM and 10:00 PM, Monday–Sunday, in client local time.

Starting pay: $20.00 per hour for English-only agents or $21.00 per hour for Spanish/English bilingual agents, with potential additional incentives.

What you will do

• Answer inbound calls from customers exploring Medicare and Under 65 health plans.
• Assess customer needs using active listening and consultative sales techniques.
• Explain health plan benefits, products, and services and recommend suitable options.
• Guide customers through successful health plan enrollment.
• Identify additional needs while balancing customer service and sales expectations.
• Navigate multiple systems accurately while protecting customer information and following HIPAA, privacy, and security requirements.

Requirements

• Active resident Health Insurance Producer License.
• Ability to obtain reciprocal state health insurance licenses when required.
• At least 1 year of experience as a Licensed Health Insurance Agent in a telesales environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong consultative sales, customer service, communication, active listening, and relationship-building skills.
• Must work from the United States, with a private workspace and a hardwired internet connection of at least 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload.

Nice to have

• Spanish/English bilingual communication skills.
• Experience with Medicare or Under 65 health plans.
