Production Tech - Grave Shift

Location: Oregon City HQ, United States; onsite production floor position

What you will do

• Assemble knives from components using manual and semi-automatic hand tools and fixtures.
• Fit and align movable parts, inspect components for cosmetic quality, and test knife functionality.
• Perform minor troubleshooting and use Andon signals to report production issues.
• Complete required documentation and maintain a clean, orderly work area.
• Cross-train across assembly functions, including prep, laser marking, serration, sharpening, cleaning, and packaging.
• Meet daily production, cycle-time, quality, and safety requirements while participating in continuous improvement activities.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent and 3–4 years of general manufacturing experience, or equivalent qualifications.
• Good manual dexterity and the ability to handle and assemble small parts.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to perform subjective cosmetic and functionality inspections.
• Ability to troubleshoot mechanical assembly problems across knife SKUs and work at a fast production pace.
• Ability to understand and follow written and oral instructions in English.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. and sit or stand for extended periods in a manufacturing environment.
