What you will do
- Set up and maintain processing equipment within operational parameters.
- Meet or exceed production output targets and time-sensitive schedule requirements.
- Read blueprints, customer standards, English instructions, and engineering notes to produce precisely designed products.
- Follow dispatch priorities and adjust schedules for hot orders and customer requirements.
- Follow all safety, quality, and exact process requirements while working closely with the production team.
Requirements
- Ability to read, write, and communicate in English sufficiently to follow blueprints, customer standards, and shop control documents.
- Ability to perform detailed work and basic arithmetic.
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and stand throughout the shift.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Access to ITAR products and related technical data is restricted to US citizens and US permanent residents.
Nice to have
- Experience in process or printed circuit board manufacturing.
- Knowledge of circuit board terminology.
- Experience with CNC machinery, measurement tools, inspection tools, magnification, scopes, eye loops, calipers, or gauges.
- Knowledge of Lean principles or continuous improvement.
