Production Operators - All Shifts (PCB Manufacturing): Operating and maintaining processing equipment to manufacture precisely designed printed circuit boards while meeting output, quality, safety, and schedule requirements with an accent on blueprint interpretation, detailed production work, and equipment control. Focus on following exact process parameters, responding to hot orders and schedule changes, and performing sustained in-person manufacturing duties.

What you will do
- Set up and maintain processing equipment within operational parameters.
- Meet or exceed production output targets and time-sensitive schedule requirements.
- Read blueprints, customer standards, English instructions, and engineering notes to produce precisely designed products.
- Follow dispatch priorities and adjust schedules for hot orders and customer requirements.
- Follow all safety, quality, and exact process requirements while working closely with the production team.
Requirements
- Ability to read, write, and communicate in English sufficiently to follow blueprints, customer standards, and shop control documents.
- Ability to perform detailed work and basic arithmetic.
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and stand throughout the shift.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Access to ITAR products and related technical data is restricted to US citizens and US permanent residents.
Nice to have
- Experience in process or printed circuit board manufacturing.
- Knowledge of circuit board terminology.
- Experience with CNC machinery, measurement tools, inspection tools, magnification, scopes, eye loops, calipers, or gauges.
- Knowledge of Lean principles or continuous improvement.
