Workday Adaptive - Sr Analyst (Workday)

Location: Chicago, United States; authorization to work in the US required.

Salary: $85,000–$95,000 annual base salary; estimated total compensation including incentive opportunity is $93,000–$104,800 per year.

What you will do

• Work primarily in Workday and Adaptive to support financial planning and related business processes.
• Apply knowledge of financial planning and analysis, finance operations, accounting, or economics.
• Assess load files using Excel.
• Configure Workday solutions or learn and adopt complex systems.
• Analyze and resolve business and system problems.
• Communicate findings and solutions through presentations and collaboration.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• Up to 2 years of experience, including internships, in a business area adjacent to Workday FIN.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Good analytical and problem-resolution skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Flexibility and adaptability to meet deadlines.

Nice to have

• Workday configuration experience.
• Excel skills for assessing load files.
