Workday Senior Analyst - Performance (Workday)

Location: Open to any US-based hirify.global market; work may be performed from home, an office, a client site, or other relevant business locations, with in-person attendance required when business needs, collaboration, client service, development, or travel warrant it.

Salary: $81,900–$139,700 annually, plus discretionary bonus eligibility.

What you will do

• Develop, configure, test, and implement enhancements for Workday Performance Management processes and technologies.
• Research Workday capabilities related to Performance Management, Talent, Goals, Feedback, and related talent processes.
• Gather and document requirements, conduct discovery sessions, perform gap analysis, and design scalable solutions.
• Monitor Workday business processes, integrations, and automations; troubleshoot failures and coordinate remediation.
• Support performance review cycles, goal and feedback processes, testing, releases, and production deployments.
• Provide coaching and training while supporting governance, documentation, testing standards, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 4+ years of relevant experience and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Advanced working knowledge of Workday HCM, Performance Management, Talent Management, or another HRIS platform.
• Experience gathering, documenting, analyzing, and translating business requirements into system solutions.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, leadership, and training skills.
• Experience with Workday reporting, dashboards, calculated fields, business process configuration, and security concepts is preferred.
