Experienced Automotive Detailer

Location: Cape Coral, Florida, United States; onsite, hands-on work in outdoor or shop environments.

What you will do

• Clean, wax, polish, refurbish, and detail customer, inventory, new, and pre-owned vehicles.
• Restore vehicles after collision repairs to a showroom-quality appearance.
• Inspect completed vehicles to ensure high-quality presentation and dealership standards.
• Maintain clean, organized detailing areas and properly operate detailing tools and equipment.
• Coordinate work with team members and management, report vehicle damage or equipment concerns, and support dealership operations.
• Deliver consistent workmanship and a professional customer experience.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, reliability, punctuality, and motivation to improve.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and customer-service skills.
• Ability to work independently, follow dealership processes, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to stand, bend, and work outdoors or in shop environments as needed.
• Previous detailing experience is preferred but not required.
