Cosmetic Technician (Automotive Refinishing)

Location: Onsite in Memphis, Tennessee, United States

Salary: $14.00–$20.40 per hour, plus commission eligibility.

What you will do

• Perform paint retouching, post-paint finishing, waxing, and buffing to quality standards.
• Complete dent repairs, masking, sanding, and grinding for bodywork repairs.
• Repair and replace small plastic and trim components.
• Prepare vehicles for sale in a fast-paced, high-volume facility.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and follow Environmental, Health and Safety requirements.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with automotive refinishing, masking, sanding, grinding, and paint application.
• Strong manual dexterity and physical stamina for lifting heavy objects and standing for extended periods.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a customer-focused mindset.
• Valid driver’s license required for operational needs.
