What you will do

• Prepare honest, accurate, and complete damage estimates for customers.
• Inspect damaged vehicles using standard written procedures.
• Estimate repair costs and expected completion times.
• Monitor repairs and track costs, labor, and materials.
• Verify that completed work meets quality standards.
• Provide customer follow-up and coordinate actions across the dealership and collision center.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Previous estimator or customer service experience is preferred.
• Professional and courteous customer communication skills.
• Proficiency with multiline phone systems and computers.
• Strong organization, time management, work ethic, and professional presentation.
• Clear and effective communication in English is required.
