IT Project Manager, Senior Specialist- Bank and Trust Services Portfolio (Fintech)

Location: Onsite in Southlake, TX, or Austin, TX. Applicants must be currently authorized to work full-time in the United States without employer sponsorship.

Salary: $83,400–$123,000 per year, plus bonus or incentive opportunities. Application deadline: September 8, 2026.

What you will do

• Manage and deliver initiatives supporting capabilities within the bank and trust services organization.
• Lead complex, business-critical technology programs from initiation through implementation.
• Partner with business and technology stakeholders to define priorities, coordinate resources, and drive accountability.
• Manage project scope, schedules, risks, budgets, status reporting, and change management.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and implement solutions that strengthen operational efficiency and stakeholder experiences.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of project management experience leading small- to medium-scale projects in product development, technology, systems implementation, or related environments.
• 3–5 years of experience using project management tools and artifacts, including Microsoft Project, PowerPoint, Excel, Rally, Jira, Confluence, and SharePoint.
• Experience establishing project plans, coordinating cross-functional teams, managing competing priorities, and delivering projects through the full lifecycle.
• Strong project leadership, stakeholder communication, problem-solving, critical-thinking, risk-management, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, project management, technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Current authorization to work full-time in the United States without employer sponsorship.

• Experience leading enterprise-wide technology initiatives in financial services, wealth management, banking, or fintech.
• Experience with Agile, SAFe, Scrum, and modern software development methodologies.
• Experience in highly regulated, complex, or large-scale enterprise environments.
• Experience mentoring team members and promoting continuous improvement.
