Agile Project Manager (Fintech)

Location: Charlotte, NC, United States; attendance at the Southend office is required three days a week.

Base pay: $90,000–$120,000 annually, plus eligibility for an annual performance bonus.

What you will do

• Lead Scrum and Kanban ceremonies and delivery practices for assigned engineering teams.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to plan, prioritize, and track work through delivery.
• Identify and remove impediments that slow delivery.
• Build and share metrics covering progress, throughput, and outcomes.
• Coach teams on Agile principles to improve flow, predictability, and collaboration.
• Maintain communication and alignment across Engineering and other functions.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience managing software development projects in an Agile environment.
• Experience leading web-based application projects or platform initiatives.
• Strong familiarity with Agile tools such as Jira, Linear, or similar platforms.
• Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and measuring team performance.
• Excellent communication, organization, adaptability, analytical thinking, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to attend the Charlotte Southend office three days a week.
